UPI Gateway Pro provides Dynamic UPI QR generation. It does not provide payment gateway services, process payments, settle funds, provide acquiring, or verify payment success by itself.

UPI Intent flow

Mobile-first handoff behavior, dependent on device, browser, and installed app support.

Dynamic QR flow

Scan-based payment object that can work across desktop, invoice, and assisted payment contexts.

UPI intent and Dynamic QR are two different ways to guide a customer into a UPI payment flow. UPI intent is often associated with mobile app handoff behavior. Dynamic QR is a QR-based presentation that can work well for desktop, mobile, invoice, and assisted payment contexts depending on the customer's device and UPI app behavior.

UPI intent flow concept

In an intent-style flow, a checkout may attempt to open a compatible UPI app with payment information. This can be convenient on mobile devices, but behavior depends on device environment, installed apps, browser behavior, and app support. Merchants should avoid assuming every customer will see the same handoff.

Dynamic QR flow concept

With a Dynamic QR flow, the merchant displays a payment-specific QR generated from supplied payment data. The customer scans the QR with a compatible UPI app and continues payment through that app. This can be especially useful when the checkout is on desktop or when a merchant wants a visible, order-specific payment object.

Desktop and mobile considerations

On desktop, QR can be natural because the customer can scan the screen with a phone. On mobile, QR may require a different UX, such as saving, opening, or switching apps. Intent flows may be smoother on mobile, while QR flows can be clearer across mixed device contexts.

Integration implications

Intent and QR are initiation experiences, not proof of payment by themselves. Merchants still need reliable payment confirmation and order handling through their connected payment and financial infrastructure.

Where UPI Gateway Pro fits
